When I comes to sunscreen, I got you covered! Literally. I use a colorless, untinted sunscreen most every day but sometimes I like a little more even complexion and that is when love a tinted sunscreen/moisturizer.

These are three tinted SPF products I’ve been reaching for often lately and each one has its own strengths depending on what kind of finish you’re after.

1. Marcelle sheer tint Moisturizer with SPF 30.

This is the sheerest of the three products and the one that feels the most weightless on the skin. It’s hydrating, evens out my complexion just a little and somehow manages to look like absolutely nothing on the face. If you like the “your skin, but slightly better” look, this is a great option.

I also love that it’s a Canadian product. The only downside for me is that the sun protection is SPF 30, which is lower than the other products on this list.

2. Missha Perfect Cover Serum BB Cream with SPF 50.

This one strikes a nice balance between skincare, sun protection, and coverage. It’s hydrating, contains skin care ingredients like probiotics and offers a solid SPF 50.

I find the staying power impressive, which is especially important on hot summer days. The coverage is definitely higher than the Marcelle moisturizer, but it still looks natural and skin like rather than like makeup.

I picked up the sample size in shade #23 Natural Beige and the colour match was surprisingly good. The neutral undertones mean it doesn’t pull orange on my skin, which can be hard to find. This product is made in Korea and spoiler – it takes forever to get here when you order it but it is worth it!

3. Australian Gold Botanical Sunscreen with SPF 50.

This has been a longtime favourite of mine. Compared to the other two, the finish is noticeably more matte. If you dislike feeling greasy or find that sunscreen tends to slide off your face, this might be your perfect match.

The formula is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes and really stays put until you wash it off. I particularly like using it in my T-zone because it helps mattify and blur the skin.

It’s a mineral sunscreen with excellent SPF protection, but the shade range is limited, which is its biggest drawback.
