I have been making videos for many years and I have a huge library on YouTube now.

Some of the videos are very short demos of exercises I have made and send to people who are working with me so they know what the exercises look like.

This playlist is mostly not public but I am going to share three videos with you of  ‘exercises’ you are probably not doing but should try.

The first is an absolute favorite for leg strength that can be done at home, scaled up or down and is super ‘functional’.  Grab a step stool or box or bench (something sturdy) and give this a try!

The second is perhaps harder to try since you may not have a bar or structure to hang on to but if you can possibly find a way to try it, it will give you some good information about your upper body strength.

The third one is for agility and quickness, two things we start to lose as we age and we need to train. It’s also fun!
